He's (could be a she, i've not had it probed yet..) been more active lately, alot more active. I figure he's hungry, but he's refusing to eat. He's refused his last 2 meals, which is strange, he's not turned them down before, unless he was going into a shed. As far as i can tell, he's not ready to shed, although he could suprise me...
I'm just not used to him refusing food. He doesn't act sick. His cage/enviroment is the same as it's been for almost a year now... Is he just maturing and needing less food? about a month ago, he cut back his food intake. He'd normally eat 2 hoppers, but for a few weeks, he only took 1. Now he's not eating at all... yet he's more active than normal.. It's got my attation, and i'm wondering if this is normal as they grow.
I know snakes can go a good streatch without food, a buddies 4 foot corn will go a month between meals, eat only 1 mouse, and yet is totally healthy and full bodied..
So, i'm i worried over nothing or what?
Thanks in advanced. Oh yeah, he's a Cal King, roundabout 1 year old.
