Resident reptile near my home stopped by the other day...

His hole is about 20 feet away from my driveway.

Also: The whooping cranes came back to load up some roaches.

Here is Mandy Moon... she is hypo trans leather.

This was back when I first got her. She is doing very well for me.

Marz when I first got him.

This is a drawing I attempted over the weekend. I am not thrilled with the way it turned out. Im going to try some other dragon drawings...

Yes they are actually an endangered species.

Here are pics of other reptiles/amphibians/arachnids I have found around my home here in Central Florida (and a couple of my own animals as well mixed in):

Giant tree frog on the side of my house, check out his eyes...

Here is a cool spider that I found on my property (I messed with the effects a bit):

Blue tailed skink (catch and release style):

Lots of brown anoles:

Toads (of course):

Found this cool water turtle right across from my house near the lake:

Gopher tortoise on my lawn:

A banana spider:

Lots of tree frogs down here ( I just take pics of them and let them do their thing ):

Check out my dog Zeus... we dressed him up for Halloween.

Zeus:

Wasp on my garage door:

Baby Savanna Monitor I had for awhile:

Blazer (my drawing partner):

My Chilean Rose Toed Tarantula:

Click on this for a vid clip of my African ciclids:

My clown ghost knife is in the small cave... you can see his tail waving in the video.

One of my favorite African ciclids, I love his colors...

Neighbors cat:

But yes, many interesting diverse animals down here in Florida.

thanks

Nice collection of animals from around your place. The cool water turtle is a soft shell...though not sure which species of softshell. The US has a few different varieties. Only have the spiny soft shell up here in Canada and I haven't see it in the wild...its pretty limited in range.

You are very good at taking pictures...I like the effects of the grey scale background in your dragon pictures, though I expect that is just skill with photoshop...using masks but its a nice effect .

great pics and drawings of the dragons. the gopher tortoise and sandhill crane on your property must be a hoot! especially, since the cranes look for roaches. cheers
