Leopard Tortise info

exoticball Dec 01, 2009 09:09 AM

My wife really likes tortoises so we pick up our first, a 3 inch leopard tortoise and she really enjoys it; however, I personally would like to know more information on them, I have done a lot of searching on the internet and have read care sheet but I was wondering if there are any recommend books that are more indepth.

I would like something that covers the whole spectrum, feeding, husbandry, life span, natural habitat, and breeding. Also I would like something that covers common medical issues, treatment, and ways of prevention.

Thanks in advance,
Matt

R.Fife's book on the Leopard Tortoise. Living Arts Pub. Look out, she is about to get a Tortoise habit. It starts with a baby Leopard, then a redfoot, then on and on. Your life is about to change, reptiles with legs,it always starts with a baby Leopard. Welcome to our world. Vic M............pic caption. WE ARE NEXT.see the herp law forum.
