S373: The Choice Is Yours

boredfoot Dec 02, 2009 08:14 AM

I just faxed my letters this morning to oppose S373, a bill which would place all 40 species of pythons on the Injurious Species List of the Lacey Act.

Today is the last day to have your opinion heard. You have three choices:

1) Call the senators provided by USARK and say NO to S373.

2) Fax letters to these senators and say NO to S373.

3) Do nothing. Then the government will decide whether or not your python hobby or business will continue.

What will you do today? How much do pythons really mean to you?

Support USARK and the future of our hobby. Make your voice heard!

Damm, Pythons are like Cats ,you should be required to be regulated if you have Lions and Tigers but if you have a Kitty your in the same Catagory?.Politicians: Suits that are over paid under-Educated in their field and siding with the majority to ensure votes so they can live on to destroy the planet and hamper peoples civil rights... Maybe the pen is mightier than the sword...Is Morelia a python because their trade name includes python. Urrrrr.

no, Morelia is a python because it's in Pythonidea. And this doesn't "regulate" pythons, it bans them. Screw that. I will not give up my babies without a fight. I keep and love getula...but I also love my retics and balls and other snakes
