Stick with the whole food, not just the livers.

Hello,
There is some good information about this that you may be able to find if you do a search. FR has written about this many times here... I have raised iguanas(pets), bearded dragons and rankins and bred out many clutches of the last two and again raised my holdbacks and bred those too using d3 calcium powder and PROPER temps. If you don't understand how this works, continue buying the UV lights until you do... We are now working with a beautiful pair of Uro.microlepis, and I hope we have similar results. I also understand and have been shown some of the aesthetic colors that can be seen under the UV lights(flourescent tubes in particular), we have just never found them to be the affordable option with our collection. Best to you- Mike S

No, that won't do. You have to keep your monitor properly, and there are many aspects of husbandry involved, most importantly, temperatures. It is a complete puzzle that you need, not just one or two pieces.

Check out our site for more care info, in the caresheet and FAQ section.
