ok so i'm a little confused about the whole vitamine d3 thing do i use it if i use uvb lighting or do i use the supplement without d3? thanks for the advise

If youre lizard is not able to receive direct sunlight and you have to use artificial lighting then you are going to want to use cal with d3. If you have a high watt output uvb like a 10.0 you could alternate cal only then cal with d3 every other meal.
