Interesting - every time I try to vote on it, it tells me to log in - but I'm already logged in! When I voted on the sea turtle bill, there was no problem.

As I understand it as of yesterday, Sen, Nelson is going to attach the bill to a regular spending bill to assure it of passage, possibly this week.

It appalls me that legislation can be passed that way instead of on its own merit.

If you go to view s373 after you login, you should be able to vote. I know there has been a few people who had to do it that way.
