27 days after post ovulation shed???

my norm female bred to my albino male amd is in her post ovulation shed, i came home from work tonight and found her eyes clouded over. this being my first ball python breeding i have read 27 days after post ovulation shed she should lay. is this accurate?

That is a good average IF you witnessed the ovulation. They can and will go through several sheds from first copulation to egg laying.

they've been locking since august and she's been off food since 10/3. i have been leaving her be so i didn't notice the signs of ovulation till 11/30. not sure if that has any bearing though. she's heat seeking again and is looking pretty swollen.

Not sure what "signs of ovulation" means, but if you witnessed ovulation on 11/30 then this IS the post-ov. shed then look for eggs 27-30 days from shed!

27 days is a good average to go by, though I have one female that consistently goes 40-45 days, and I've heard of 50 .
