Boa not eating and clear slimy vomit

I have a boa 9 yrs old. Hasn't eaten in 6-9 months and now is puking up a thick clear slime. Any ideas?

I would get him to the vet right away. Sounds like it could be a blockage although I don't know if the snake would have lasted that long if it was a blockage. I would definitely get x-rays done.
