I have a beautiful 5 ft burm and her name is twinkie Twink has always been hissy, but never aggressive. I handle her daily, and Once I get her out of her cage she's active but totally sweet...until recently. Now she's super jumpy, hissy and even aggressive (she hasnt struck but she's been in that position). I mean, I'd describe it as a total personality change. Nothing has changed: same cage, eats same size rat on same day every week (could she possibly need a bigger rat?) and it doesnt look like she's shedding in the near future. I have snake experience (boas) but she's my first python. Anyone have any ideas?
