OK, I gotta ask.

If they are naming the green and the yellow anaconda as separate, then why can't we just call ALL of the different morphs, ...um....different? That was a horribly constructed sentence, but I don't really know how to ask any other way. So we could just say that the dwarf retic is different, or the albino boa is different, or that the albino granite burm is different, or that the 500 morphs of ball python are different....you see what I mean? I know that it sounds stupid, but maybe we could use it as a technicality when possibly being cited by the police or whoever busts people for violating these particular animal laws. I only feel this would be valid if the two (yellow, green) anacondas are listed differently in the bill. I don't know if they are or not.

it does not matter what color or pattern a snake is, they are banning it based on the species which means ALL of them regardless of color or pattern. green and yellow annacondas are listed separately because they are two different species not genetic mutations.

wow, I didn't know they were different species....huh.

Green anaconda: Eunectes murinus
Yellow anaconda, Eunectes noteaus

Thereis another more rare species of anaconda, but I don't know the scientific name.
