I dont know? I think it is the moderator. Not sure what is so hot about beardies in a bathtub.

Moderators are the only ones who can select a post as a 'hot topic'. As for why bath time is one...no clue, wasn't me who choose it. Then again I have been neglecting that duty...and seems most mods have too...so hopefully you will see more interesting Hot Topics coming up in the future.
