Ladies of 2011

My sub-adult females all shed this week so I thought I'd snap a couple of group pictures. These weren't big enough to go this coming spring but they will be next spring, definitely.

They look awesome Josh.....All of them, but I really dig that split saddled one the most...
Good luck with your breeding plans...What male(s) do you have planned for the girls in 2011?

She's my favorite too but she's kind of a picky eater so she's a bit smaller than her sibling (the orange/red leonis in the picture). The MSP is a close second.

I was going to put the males in the pic too but of course they were both in shed. I've got 2 leonis males that will be ready; both are red/green. One is awesome lime green and the other kind of a grey-green... sort of greeri-ish.

I've always been female heavy so I bought two 09 males this year to try to balance it out. You saw those, the yellow leonis from Bodner and the intermediate from VR.

Yeah...I remember the Bodner and VR males but not the others.....
When they shed I would like to see them.....

And that MSP does have some great color......Any ontogenetic speckling on her? She looks real clean......

Thanks for sharing the pics Josh....Thayeri are so awesome!

I'll definitely post pics of the males in a week or so.

The red is cleeeeean on the MSP but the yellow does have some speckling on the sides.

All my favorites are from or range into Mexico.

I still need greeri, knobs, more mex mex, and at least male ruthveni. I've got mex mex and nigrita (assuming I can keep the male from eating the female again) in the pipe . I also want to get into splendida, N. kennerlyi, and E. flavirufa.

I've got big aspirations... or should I say aspiraciones. LOL

How about Subocs or Bairdi?

bairdi are pretty cool but rats and milks aren't really my thing. I guess I got my fill of them growing up.

my stepdad works with alterna, annulata, nelsoni, sinaloae, emoryi, obsoleta, quadrivittata, subocs, and corn snakes.

Thank you Doug. She came out of Dan V's line. (I didn't breed her though.)

I only have 1.2 breeders now, I put my faith in a well known mexicana head to do his best with what I had last year, I'm gonna concentrate on my Mexican hogs, splendida, and specks. I have a few nice girls, Beaker was very good to me, as well as Chris!
