Class action law suit?

tcdrover Dec 13, 2009 11:52 AM

Is there a list yet for a class action lawsuit in case this gets passed?

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this here. I haven't been
following all of these threads. I'm sure someone has probably
mentioned it.

The amount of people who would potentially sign this, and the
amount of the lawsuit should be impossible for them to overlook.

I was thinking the same thing. If a woman can sue Mcdonalds for spilling hot coffee on herself and win, we should have a case. Even if it only exposed the H.S.U.S. as a fraud it would still be a victory

not just for the loss of the actual animals, and their monetary
worth and emotional value but also for the potential loss of
revenue for the large scale breeders & even the small scale
hobbyists.

I think this looks like a MUCH better and more effective angle
to take in combatting this than going hand in hand with the burm
and retic people.

This would be more professional and business-like and less heated
and emotional.

If a list were made with names or at least numbers and actual
dollar amounts this would be seen in a MUCH clearer light.
