Recently, my two AFT's have lost weight. One has lost much more than the other. I know that this is my fault, because there was a period of like 2 months when food was scarce for them. Anyway, is there any way to quickly fatten up a gecko other than feeding him waxworms? Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

first off shame on you for letting them get so skinny. How food can be so scarce i have no idea. Order from a company online and set up for regular shippments of crickets like flukers or worman.com .. I never run out and I have 15 adults and 9 babies.

I do this when i get one that goes on a hunger strike for..get a syringe and a jar of lamb baby food.. beachnuts stages 2. Stick the end of the oral syringe into the lamb and pull back on the plunger to fill it up. Then feed the fat tails that. Squirt it onto the tip of their nose and let them lick it off... or pry open their little mouths and squirt it in there. I do the tip of the nose myself. Fun to watch them lick it off and less tramatic on both their part and mine

I tried to be funny about it without offending you.
I would seriously think of getting on a delivery plan with a cricket company. Its worth it.
I have an old 30 gal. tank where i keep the crickets.
Put in fresh potatoes and a few oranges and they'll last a long time.
