Peruvian are by far my favorite but at the moment I have more "Surinam" Bcc, best boas ever to work with if you are prepared to meet the husbandry requirements such as larger enclosure, higher humidity, attention to not overfeeding.

A Suriname Bcc

A Peruvian Bcc

An 8' pink female Suriname

5' pink male Suriname

Nice white/buckskin Suriname

Large male Suriname...great pattern and color

Pink 8' Suriname

Thanks Joel!!! Those are some great pics and boas! You are right. Peruvians are nice as well but size is the only issue like you mentioned. If I can manage husbandry for a few years now i hope their husbandry wont be a problem. I have also heard that BCC's have regurt problems so I hope that wont be a problem as well. It looks like its between Brazilians and Peruvians or Surinames. Again, thanks for the input and pics. When I do finally get one I will post pics. Thanks!!!

If size is a factor you should stay away from Peruvian Bcc....they can get big.

Regurgitation can be a problem when temps are to high or to low or if the meals to large, just make sure you do your homework before you buy and you will do just fine with a new bouncing baby Bcc
