Hey,
Yesterday Hubert's T-Rex Mercury Vapor Bulb burnt out and since they have to pro-rated warrenty (cost x 12 months divided by # of months owned) it will cost more than a new one to replace with shipping and all (owned it for 8 months) So I need to but a new one and LLL seems to have them the cheapest. But I'm debating to get another T-Rex or a Zoo-med powersun. Do the Powersuns have full warrenty or a pro-rated? Does anyone know which is better? THX>Kyle

P.S. I want to order it today cause I dont want Hubert to go without UV for a long time I do have a extra flouresent tube and fixture should I install this in the mean time?

PowerSun will send you a new bulb for free if they burn out. Mine last pretty long, although eventually they do develop ballast problems. I need to replace mine pretty soon, it has started blinking on and off.

Powersun just replaced one for me for free. I had it for about a month. The other two have been fine. I have had good success with Big Apple. I first ordered from them because they are on the East coast. They are good to deal with. Hope this helps!
