This is an excellent idea!

1) What is the timeframe for when S373 is presented to the full Senate?

2) If it passes the Senate as written, what is the timeframe for the House and Senate to settle the differences between S373 and HR2811--presuming only one bill can go before the President?

3) How does the process for creating a common bill between the House and Senate work? Is there a chance that it can die there?

4) If S373 doesn't pass in the full Senate, what happens to it from there? Does it go back to committee again for revision or is it dead at that point?

Please correct these questions if they aren't logical. Just hoping they might help others become more clear about some of the issues that are still confusing to me.
