enclosure size

What would you say the minimum enclosure size for an adult western hognose be? Would 2feet long x 16inches deep x 12inches tall be alright for an adult?

That's plenty big. If it's a male, it might be too big. A good rule of thumb is a cage as long as the snake and half the snake wide. And it only needs to be tall enough to give room to give access to the water bowl.

That's a good guide Jon. Most of us use a rack system, but it's nice to have a display enclosure where we can place a hoggie and let it dig around and have a little fun while we observe. Or show it off to our visiting friends. LOL
