Does anyone know how to make an incubator out of a wine chiller using the existing condenser unit? Not using the heat tape.

Nope. I bought a working small 'fridge, pulled out all the guts and used a radiant panel. I needed the panel for a cage so I'll employ heat tape here in a few mos. when its needed again. Herpstat controller governs it..works beautifully.
