hey everyone does anyone know if the the ban was passed or not i havnt heard much about about it latley and just wondering thanks

The bill (S.373) passed the committee hearing, but it still has to be voted on by Congress to become law. I think this will happen in a few months.

Thanks for adding this. For anyone who still thinks he/she won't be affected by this, please reconsider. The forces behind these proposed laws ultimately want ALL species of reptiles to be banned. Many "boa constrictor guys" didn't seem to care, or even supported the bills, when the bills were limited to pythons. Now boa constrictors are on the hit list. Rainbow boas, carpet pythons, ball pythons, etc., they'll all be on the hit list soon if we don't fight to kill this idiotic Federal legislation.
