This speaks volumes as to the veracity of Goldman's testimony as well as his knowledge of the subject at hand.

He and his testimony are obviously not credible, for so may reasons.

Isn't the fact that he is being paid to uncover cruelty (while being in control of the situation at hand) take away most of the credibility of his accusations? It's like being shocked when an auditor raises a red flag about irregularities in tax returns. More importantly, how many of those 26K animals died because they were placed in the citys' care? Just a thought.
