Weird Eating

DeltaWoods May 25, 2003 03:38 PM

My ball python just ate a mouse backwards. What i mean is instead of swallowing the mouse head first, it did tail first. There didnt seem to be any problem except that it took longer because i think he actually broke the hind legs of the mouse so he could swallow it. He seems fine now. Any body see any problems with this or anything i should look out for?

Mine just did that a couple of weeks ago and he's perfectly fine. In fact, he grabbed the mouse sideways and instead of turning it around so he'd eat the head first, he ate the butt first instead. Seemed to go down just as easy for him.
