First pair of Thayeri

chrisdrake Dec 31, 2009 08:26 PM

I picked up my first pair of thayeri in October at the Houston ETHS show and absolutely love them. They are an 09' unrelated pair. I've been working with subocs and alterna and believe these are my next obsession. Just wanted to share pics.

male he is a nice yellow but muted in the pic

Thanks John. I'm not jumping, just expanding! lol. I got them from a guy named Mitch Allen. I believe he is in Louisiana. If they are as addicting as alterna I'm in trouble. I might see divorce papers in my future.

That's funny Chris.....But they are as addicting as Thayeri....Then there's all phases of Mex Mex, Greeri & Ruthveni next....

BTW...Mitch Allen has some top notch Thayeri.....
I see him every year at Daytona....
He also keeps very good records....If you asked him he could tell you what lines he used to produce those.......I talked to him a good while in Daytona this year and he has some great bloodlines......He produced the first "no black" thayeri I have ever seen....So I purchased it in 2005......lol

Thanks for the background information on Mitch. He seemed like a nice guy. He had sex, dob, and feeding records taped to each deli. I thought that was great. I had a greeri and a mex mex about 6 years ago by accident. They were sold to my wife as an adult alterna pair and when she brought them home and to my dismay they were not alterna. I had my hopes set on alterna and sold them. Now I wish I would have kept them. Heres a lousy pic of them. I believe one was a mex mex and the other a greeri.

Very nice pair, Mitch is a good guy.
