Would an Apogee 65 gallon reptarium be a good fit for a small ball python? If so, any tips to keeping heat/humidity high?
No - screen cages are not proper housing for balls. You'd be better off with an aquarium, tub or pvc cage.

When you say tub, could you link me to an example you are referring to, and just curious, why wouldnt the reptarium be a good choice for a ball, i c urrently have one in it and he doesnt rub up against it or anything, he just chills in his hides, and they are supposed to be snake-nose friendly, or are they not?
Those are not ideal for Ball Pythons as they are considered ground dwelling, not arboreal. And a reptarium is fairly difficult to keep humid, unless you have an excellent humidifier. You should really think about changing your enclosures.
