Noise???

RedQuake Sep 19, 2003 07:04 AM

This is a silly question but i'm curious so............

Do leopard geckos get freaked out by noise? I'm asking cause i haven't vacuumed my room since i got the new bunch and i really really need to (the joys of having my dog hehehehehe)

Boo just hid but he's alot bigger, i'm curious if the smaller ones will get freaked. Nala has already proven to be easily upset (she freaked on me when i put mealworms in her bowl last night).

Thanks

Lizards are very alert to the sounds, since their hearing if very accurate. Therefore, loud noises shouldn't be around your gecko. But if your vaccum's not too loud, then your leo can tolerate it, but if it's too high-pitched, then you should move your leo to somewhere else where it's a bit more quiet.
