In the "smaller than the typical phenotype" regard? Probably none.

Many of the Australian species are called dwarfs, but that is just because they are smaller than the typical pet trade monitors, I believe.

There are also the Kimberlys, Pilbara, Tristis(2 types), most of the true tree monitors stay smaller. There are quite a few others in Australia, but they're probably not available in the pet trade.

Typically the Odatria family is the core of the true dwarf varanids, some people will argue V. Glauerti and a few others are to large to consider a dwarf yet they are on the list with Odatria. If you go to www.varanus.nl and look under species their is a link for the entire Varanid family tree, from the Odatria list [on the tree] you can research all of the species and decide for yourself.
