Hyperpigmented Peruvian Pair

KevMadden Jan 06, 2010 07:58 PM

Hello,

I started to not even post these pictures because the photos are so bad. I’ll apologize to the boas for having to take indoor night photos with a flash . The best pictures weren’t taken by me….I think y’all could figure that out. I person these have the full range of color. One day they can be extremely dark with maroon sides (probably my favorite…I love the look especially with the dark eyes). The next day they can be much lighter with almost a cooper tone with red sides. The female is from Gus’s 2008 litter and the male is from his 2009 litter. Both litters had approximately ¼ with this trait.

I’ve told several of y’all I would post some pictures so despite quality pics here they are.

2008 Female first:

A group photo with five from that litter (two hyperpigmented)

The 2009 male:

Now what I would really like is if Joel would post some pictures of “California” – his 2009 Hyperpigmented girl. You have that fancy camera that should be able to capture some color.

Take care,

Kevin

They are very nice looking Kevin, can't wait to see them as adults.

Holy crap...the top one in the group shot is insane! I like the pattern more than the pigmentation!
