Of the two pairs of Peruvians I have together right now this pair is the most active. Courting in the morning, when I get home, and still at it a few minutes ago when I took this photo.
Midnight and Clyde

Scarlett and Scar
I was lucky enough to pick up Scarlett this past summer. When I first got back into the hobby I came across some pictures of Scarlett Chistian Clodfelter had taken and I immediatly contacted him. He wouldn't sell her at that time, but I was able to land her this summer. Now all I need to do is reunite her with Rhett.....if only Joel would send him my way. Here is a one of those pictures Christian took.

And here she is with her mate for this season - Scar. He is also wild caught. While he doesn't have the color of Scarlett he actually is a colorful male. Probably not to hard to figure out how he got his name if you look closely.

My Venezuelas
As I was about to leave Gus's house when he offered me these Venezuelas. They are about the smallest BCC you will find. Gus told me they would be ready to go and I have seen them courting. 1/2 the litter goes to Gus if I get lucky. In person they have very nice redish sides. I have enjoyed the diversity they bring into my collection.

Side note: When I preview my post before submitting it Christian's photo really drives home how bad my pictures are
I see a better camera and some lessons in my future....for the poor boas sake! BTW - great photo Christian.
Take care,
Kevin
