Albino lemmon.

Anyone have a pic of a Albino cornsnake with white background color with very defind yellow(dark)saddles. I saw one this week and it blew me away. I've been around albino corns sence Dr.Becteal's first A-mel and this cornsnake really impressed me. So I just woundered what was going on with them from a cornsnake breeders view. Like "how bo you make one" genedic make up/ history? Thanks Vic Morgan

Sounds like a good description of an albino emoryi! The only albino/amel corn I've seen that even remotely match that description would be a hi-white butter?

That was my first question to the owner. Does it have emeryi in the mix, but he didnt think so. Maybe I shouldnt have added (dark) to the yellow description, but it wasnt pastel or faded, just a high contrast. I'll see if he will post it. Now,if someone could get a pink outline around the yellow! Thanks Vic

It could be an albino emory. But it could also be a butter corn. When the caramel gene (caramel is a gene that reduces or eliminates red pigment and may possibly increase yellow pigment) is bred over into the amel gene it can produce a very yellow corn. The amelanistic caramels are called butter corns. If the corn is a Miami and has little to no red in the background it could make a white background with yellow blotches.
I have a butter corn that has light orange blotches on a yellow background. His background is white with a more or less neon yellow brushed over it.
