? about letters sent to Tom Wolf........

Jasin Jan 10, 2010 02:27 PM

OK,
So this battle is a bit different than HR669?? We are only suposed to send them to our 2 STATE reps. So we send them to Tom Wolfe again, but do ALL the letters for one senator go in one envelope this time?? Last time we had to put them all in individual envelopes addressed to each senator? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jasin and Danielle

I asked about the same question a while back. This is what I got from USARK:

"They are going to be hand delivered to your US Senator to avoid weeks of screening. That means they have to be presented in an open stack of letters. We don't want to have to open envelpoes, unfold and separate letters. If you send them flat in a large mailer it will facilitate the delivery by reducing the amount of work we have to do"

Each person writes to the two senators that represent their state. All of the letters for each senator will be given to that senator.

That is what I thought, but just making sure. Hope everyone else is sending the last of their letters tomorrow........I know we hit a bunch of people at the local pet shops this weekend. I saw some others did the same, let's pray this works out for the best!!!! Good luck to all and let's keep our fingers crossed!!
