My first brooks,....

MichelleRogers Jan 18, 2010 03:09 AM

I just recently got into brooks, it was by accident.
A friend of mine sent me a couple and I was hooked!
I now have three.

Just what you needed Michelle, another species to add to your zoo...lol. I can picture Jerry just shaking his head and biting his tongue. They are cool looking for sure. Have fun with them.

Nice additions, Michelle. These are probably my favorite species I'll never work with.

My real motivation is that I'm trying hard to keep my collection focused on animals from south of the border.

But I do like brooksi a lot, especially axanthics. They are awesome but get too big and voracious, lol. Same reasoning I use to hold black milks at arms length. lol

Please do post pics of the lav when you can. I'm going to live vicariously through you....

Hey Michelle, nice pickup! I only have one hypo brooksi in my collection, from Mark Kenderdine, and I really would have to look hard to find one nicer. Get ready for some eating machines, I feed mine last as he will eat anything, leftover or not. Simply awesome snakes, and the head patterns? Fogeddaboutit!

Here's my boy, Michelle, he's not a monster like some on here but he IS the terror of the herp room, sweetheart out of the cage, mouse nightmare inside.

Welcome. Nah, I love this guy to death but if I start that, then it will cut into my thayeri, splendida, and holbrooki fun! They get big, and are truly bottomless pits!
