Wow nice looking bulls. One is a lot thicker than the other... is that the male or female?

Thanks, the female is the bigger one, she is an 05, the male is an 07.

The thick one with the purplish saddles is outstanding! Whatever you get from this pairing should be interesting, to say the least.
Thanks, I'm hoping they look more like the female.

Is there a special breed identification name for the female? She is awesome!
Not that i know of, there should be an identification name for her as she does look a bit different than the normal hypo stillwaters that i have seen, she looks even better in person, i can't wait to see if she produces more that look like her.

wishing you the best of luck for the coming season, all the way from across the pond Greg
RGDS.......AL U.K.
Thanks, i will post pics if i get any babies out of them.

Beautiful pair of Bulls you have there. Just curious. Did you brumate them housed togeher? I'm used to keeping pairs seperated until breeding time so I'm just curious if others do it differently.

Thanks, i did brumate them together.

I brumated my pair together also. I was only brumating to reset feeding response, not breeding, as mine are 09's. They seem to do better together, but will be separated when they get old enough to breed as I don't want the brother and sister to mate with each other. Here they are in December.

Wow, they are very colorful.
Greg c
Thanks! They are Kingsville red x Stillwater golden hypos from PrimeDesign (Rich Hardy). If you get any purple saddle babies from your pair maybe let me know. I'd sure like to have one like that female!
Wow, nice pair of bulls. Reds x hypos are really an attractive mix.
