Short answer:
Yes, you could *eventually* get an Albino Genetic Stripe, but not directly from the pairing you mentioned.
Long answer:
When you breed, all the eggs would produce normal looking babies that are 100% Het for Albino and 100% Het for Genetic stripe. You would need to breed the siblings together (or outbreed them to other 100% double hets) to get an Albino Genetic Stripe.
Breeding the siblings together, you would get (Visible morphs are in parentheses)
Parents:
Het. Albino, Het. Genetic Stripe x Het. Albino, Het. Genetic Stripe,
6.25% Wild Type (Normal)
12.5% Het. Genetic Stripe, (Normal)
6.25% Homozygous Genetic Stripe, (Genetic Stripe)
12.5% Het. Albino, (Normal)
25% Het. Albino, Het. Genetic Stripe, (Normal)
12.5% Het. Albino, Homozygous Genetic Stripe, (Genetic Stripe)
6.25% Homozygous Albino, (Albino)
12.5% Homozygous Albino, Het. Genetic Stripe, (Albino)
6.25% Homozygous Albino, Homozygous Genetic Stripe, (Albino Genetic Stripe)

Obviously, breeding the Double Het babies to an Albino 100% Het GS or a 100% Het Albino GS would increase you chances of hitting the jackpot.
