Got together with John Binns yesterday for a bit and he gave me a sneek peek at a new book coming out soon called "The Little Blue Book, A Sort History of The Grand Cayman Blue Iguana". The author is Fred Burton. It's a hard cover book with about 200 pages, full color pics, illustrations, maps ect. I thumbed through every page and this book is awesome. It has the history of all the founder lizards like QE, Mr. Blue, and a lot more. Can't wait to get mine. I would say this is a must have for any cyclura enthusiast.

Sounds like a great book. Any idea what ever happened to the book that Jeff Lemm and company were going to make regarding care of cyclura ?

yeah, this the book I was talking about! Waiting for my copy.
It doesnt cover why they are blue by the way.
Last I heard Jeff"s book was still in the "translation to spanish dept". Good thing cyclura live a long time.

lol, be nice Joel! It is still being translated; been done for a long time. It is an AZA document (husbandry manual) that will be sold. The real book (diff project) will hopefully be done by Aug (that is my deadline anyways)
