pics of my snake

I got her back in Aug. 2009 it was a small one then but now in Jan. 2010 it has gotten a lot bigger now I just wounder how do you tell how old it is?

The first one was taken a couple of days ago and the second is about two weeks after we brought her home

1) What did you have him/her in when you took the first pic? In the second pic, she looks really small. I'd say about a year.

The one I took of her in her feeding tank. And my husband was holding her.

I think the idea was to get the dimensions of the cage the snake was in...but it looks like the snake is a year or year and a half old...The old picture it looks like a hatchling...maybe a captive hatched animal.

it was a captive hatched and they are pics of the same snake only four months apart. Is that normal ball growth then?

as there isn't any way to realy compare the two pictures, as there's nothing in the newer picture to really compare its size too. Post a picture of you holding the snake just like the first picture. It will make it far easier to tell if he grow just a little, or alot for 4 months.

Also, what is your feeding schedule? Did you have a weight of your snake when you bought him and what he weighs now?
