I got the same. Very disappointing, isn't it? Basically says, "your letter was a waste of time because I didn't read it, and please visit my website instead of bothering me again".

looks like an automated response to me. if you havent figured it out yet, congress isn't worried about its constituents. all they care about is special interest lobby groups that wine and dine them and line their pockets, and getting re-elected. what needs to happen is for everyone to get out to the polls and vote these scumbags out of office!

I'm aware that she never saw my emails or gets my any of my voicemails and requests for 5 minutes of her time nor does she really care. But at least I am trying and I'm going to keep trying and I'm not going to just throwing up my hands and telling them to take all the pythons, boas and hey maybe a few colubrids and turtles as well.

ok tosha thats good. i dont see anywhere in my post that i said you were throwing your hands up. i've been emailing and writing letters also and get the same kinds of "NON-ANSWERS". all im saying is they don't have anyones best interests at heart except their own and its time to throw them all out.

I emailed USFWS about the proposal to add the 9 snakes, and they sent me back a letter saying that there is no proposal to add these 9 snakes to the Lacey Act. I guess we're all worried over nothing.
