Quick ? about "Grayish" coloration

Liann Jan 27, 2010 02:56 PM

Ok, I've looked everywhere trying to find a picture that looks like my snake or some mention of it, but no luck so far. Has anyone ever had a BP with a grayish color on either side of its neck and under it's head? The rest of the belly is completely white, but the area under the head has a definite grayish cast as if she was rubbing herself on newspaper. She's always been like this, so I don't think it's anything "wrong" with her but if anyone knows of any conditions that might cause this, I'm all ears. It just really has me curious at the moment. She is a pied by the way, not sure if that makes a difference. I will try to get a picture posted tonight of what I am talking about.

Thank you Tosha!!! I had a feeling it might be totally normal, but I couldn't find any pictures to show it and started to get a little paranoid!
