argus6873 Jan 29, 2010 03:38 PM

Never knew a woma and ball could be crossed...how is that even possible? Thoughts?

Seeing as balls are not as active as womas, it's best to start by stretching a bp out as straight as possible. Then, lay the woma over it perpendicularly, and viola! You have a woma crossed with a ball!

I'm sorry, I couldn't resist!

It has only been successfully done once, I believe. To my knowledge, there is a low fertility rate with the eggs, but several have survived into adulthood.

My question when I saw it was.....does it have heat pits. Yes, it does.

Hiya, Mike!

Must have been done accidently the first time or someone witnessed copulation and said let's see if I can get fertile eggs. Are the offspring fertile? Id be surprized if they were.....gotta tell you, I don't like it. I was never into the majority of "designer" snakes and I'm really not into this one.

Actually it has been done several times. I have one of the first offspring from Mike Cole.
And I do know of several that are out there. It was also accomplished last year by a guy on one of the Hyrbid forums
