DIY Incubator - Question?

I'm anticipating two BP clutches (1st time breeder) in the spring and I need to start building an incubator. I have a styrofoam cooler from a frozen rodent delivery, but I don't think this is big enough for the two clutches. The question - can I build an incubator using a large 18 gallon sterilite storage bin?
