I noticed on Don Shores website he has a Quad Homozygous Honduran. I thought there was only three recessive genes albino, anery, and hypo? whats the fourth?

I'm not sure if he is a Quad homozygous or just an Extreme Triple Homozygous. The parents were both Extreme Double hets.

WoW!! Now thats one amazing looking hondo you got!! if it turns out to be a triple homo. would that be considered the first?

I think it was the first that anyone knew for sure it was an extreme triple homozygous. I think a few more triple homozygous have been produced since then but I don't know if any extreme triple homozygous have been produced.
