Steppes Ratsnakes

This pair mated in the fall, before going into brumation. they are South Korean Elaphe dione.

Same female with last year's clutch.

Neonates.

Three months old.

These have become high on my list of favorites. They are very interesting little snakes, and so mellow and almost inquisitive. So similar and yet so different from the bimacs.

I am looking forward to seeing the babies from this pairing, as I bred the female to my other male, last year, who is more yellowish.

I have just discovered the E.dione part and have several questions

How long to brumate?

what temperature to brumate?

where can I buy some yellow or light colored females?
I have a yellow and red males. one adult red female and two normal blackish grey baby females I just bought.
