Peruvian Rainbow Boas

Jeff Clark Feb 07, 2010 03:00 PM

Photos of some of my Peruvian Rainbow Boas. All of these have 41 to 43 scale rows at midbody.

Not all Peruvians are beautiful. This first one is about 18 months old. I am hoping he will color up like my older ones.

All the rest of these are 4 to 12 years old. Some of them were very plain as babies and did not color up fully until they were two years old. Interestingly most of my best looking ones are females.

Funny you should post today. As it happens, I've been looking at Peruvian pics all over the net while "watching" the Superbowl this afternoon/evening.

I don't suppose you still have 09 males #66 or #67, do you?

I still have both of those males. I will be posting ads again when the weather gets a little warmer for shipping.

Darn, now I have to convince myself NOT to buy one of them.....

Incidentally, the little girl I got from you is still doing great. Every time I get her out I am more and more impressed with her personality. She is so calm and trustworthy that I let her explore my plant shelves while I am handling the other snakes, but when I reach out my hand to get her back she tends to climb right back onto me. Great girl -- just don't get between her and a mouse!
