Axanthic Kennerlyi Update.. **Breeding**

Jon R Feb 09, 2010 12:45 AM

Well, this little guy couldn't make me happier!! First of all, he fed on un-scented pre-killed from the start. Then he never missed a beat and grew better than most of my C.B. Plains. He is is around 45 grams now and has started showing a mature looking tail, so I tossed him in with a couple girls. To stay consistent with his awesome trend, he started courting withing minutes!!
With any luck I should have some hets on the ground and a BIG weight off my shoulders this year.

-Jon

This is a female "het" blonde. I'm not going to let him breed her this year. I would rather breed her to my "het" blonde male to try and prove out the genetics.

Here he is courting a beautiful light phased female from his same locality(about an 1/8 of a mile from where he was caught.) He had his tail wrapped right before I took the pic, but when I slid out the tub he got spooked and moved. I am going to let him concentrate on her and very dark female from a locality just a few miles away.

What!? Axanthic kennerlyi??? How did I not know about this? I would have thought that something this cool would have been talked about before now Jon. You gotta get the word out or at least post a pic once in a while man. He seems to take after you in his pusuit of enormous ladies.

Congrats brother!

Jamison

You guys are clowns!! Don't worry, I'll hook you up with some hets. Then some day you can post a cool snake too.. You know, its not my fault you decided to go to Arizona with you "Real" friend. You could have been in the car with me when I found it. It's all your fault, so don't be haters!! Otherwise, I will have no other choice but to leave the good luck at home when we head out in May.

And Jamison,, I told my wife you called her fat and she wants to know if you would like her to personally kick your @ss, or would you rather she have your wife do it for her??

-Jon

jamerbuddy Feb 11, 2010 04:07 PM

Ummm... I wasn't alking about your wife. I was talking about that one time when you you met up with that chick, and that dude, and that other chick that really looked like a dude. You remember! Tell Mrs Jon that in exchange for her not kicking my a$$, which no one will argue she would have any trouble doing, I will make it my responsability during our trips to keep you sober enough to be able to discern a Hognose from the 350lb toothless sheilas.

Much love,

Jamison

charleshanklin Feb 11, 2010 04:45 PM

He was sober when that happened.

You know,, things can get pretty crazy in the South West. We did eat some funny looking cactus that day though!!

Jamison,
Don't make me post the pictures of you and your Arizona herp guide. I just puked a little in my mouth just thinking about it. It totally reminded me of the scene in Austin Powers when Mini Me crawled up inside Austin's pant leg.

I hope you can control yourself this year. That is if you can still walk from the severe beating your going to receive from Staci.

Jon R Feb 10, 2010 01:58 AM

Thanks for the GOOD replies. I hope he make us all proud this year.
