any body have any info on leahy manufacturing co. favorite incubators

i just bought this off a buddy that is getting out of the hobby
one of his friends that worked at a universty got it for him.
it works great he just hatched out a clutch of womas in it.
i cant find any info on it anywhere! any help would be great

While I never seen that exact one before. looks to be a bit older. Big apple herp sells ones with a like design but modern. Give it a test first. Buy one of those digital thermometers with a probe that record the high and low temps (about 15 bucks), and test it for a week or so. Most breeders I know incubate around 82-84 degrees. the highest I heard of was 86 with a helix (which are almost dead on), and this breeders eggs hatched out on average 65-70 days. Most breeders also put the eggs in seperate tubberware containers and not right on the shelves. This way with in the containers it keeps a higher more even humidity level. Make sure it keeps a good constant temp. Good idea to keep it in a room with not a lot of temp changes.
