He will go on feed once he's hungry enough. They have been known to fast for upto a year
Lower the temp and up the humidity. If it's stressing over it's husbandry it's will not eat.
Mine finally went back onto feed Wednesday, he'd been off feed since Feb.
so how long do you wait before you start worrying if it is a baby? I just got mine last week 73 grams, 14-15 inches long. And he hasn't eaten, I know it is still early but I wanted to know when I should get concerned?

Give him time you've only had him a week. Snakes stress kind of easy and they will take some time to adjust and get used to the new housing you have him in as well you smells.
The snake will need to become accustomed to your scent. Stick a peice of clothing you've worn in to the housing with him to assist with that.
Give it a few weeks, handle him/her a bit and be ready to feed him/her then.
