Striped Gaigeae Update

nategodin Feb 12, 2010 08:04 AM

Hello,
As a little distraction from my current obsession (man, is *that* going to be an epic post...) here's a picture of the striped gaigeae I produced back in September. He's growing fast and is actually a little chunky, since he was my little garbage disposal for the first two months of his life, getting most of the thawed pinkies my two slow starters refused. These pictures were taken about seven weeks (two shed cycles) apart. He's about 20" long and has a mass of just over 100g now. Looks like I'm going to have another rat-wrecker on my hands pretty soon!

Nate

Great specimen buddy. No understatment on "Chunky" anyway. All the best from Scotland.

That thing is turning into quite the little plumper! Nice looking animal all around.
