Magma stripe.....grey

zenzinia Feb 16, 2010 02:39 PM

It’s a long time since I have posted on the forum and even longer since I have posted pictures of my ‘magma stripe’.
Here is a special guy, he’s almost 3 years old and has not been develloping colors since birth. He’s not anery but if I can say so, it’s kind of ‘hypo xantic’, he also have a stripe completely different from the classics ‘magma stripe. He succefully bred a magma girl, so I should know if he can passe that color trait and if there is a ‘super magma stripe’ phenotype.
It’s a late season for me, usualy the first females are due in january, this year the first one is due the 10 th of april and the last sould be end of july, the wayting will be worst than usual, not because of the magma but because of other projects results......
Best of luck to every one and keep up the good fight for your rights !
Thanks for looking.
Alain.

Here is the guy.

Here is the gravide ‘magma stripe’he bred, may be the less striped/aberrant from 06, but not the less clean pastel !

lacking in or has extremely reduced yellow type color
