Eye sore/infection? Please help!

My 6 month old BP appears to have a white V-shaped cut/scratch in the middle of one of her eyes. Have no idea what this may be as she had a clean shed over two weeks ago? I also feed her FT, so it can't be from a mouse. Has anyone seen or dealt w/ this before? Any asistance would be greatly appreciated.

First, can you give us a detailed run-down on the snake's habitat? Temp, humidity, substrate, cage conditions, etc. All details help.

Second, any way you could get a picture of this injury and post it? Images are always helpful.
