My beardie is about 4 months old and i just bought her a couple of days ago. The guy said she is off crickets and to just feed her lettuce. I dont think this is really healthy. What should i be feeding her?

or should be and needs protein and a good diet, this is a copy of a email I send yesterday that ours are fed by right now.
The babies routines has been this. 7 am up with overhead dim light and under normal houselight with dome from 8am, they get salads right away. At 10 am when they go outside, 1/2 reptarium is shaded, 1/2 is full sun. At noon they are misted and their pool is added, along with mositened pellets added to their salads(salad freshened if messy). misted again at 2pm and they get their first crickets (outside in reptarium together). They are misted again at 4pm, and come inside at 5pm and have their 2nd cricket feedings, dusted.(this one is separate in a glass tank so I can monitor how many each is eating. Returned to their reptariums and fresh salad added. They go under household lights until 8pm when they are turned off and the overhead light is left on (like dusk) til 9pm when lights are out for the day.
Their normal salad is collards, dandelions, red romaine, some kale and mixed organic greens. veggies as topper is food processor chopped carrots, yellow squash, pumpkin, green beans and snow peas. They also are offered raspberries and mango but not big eaters of it. We do variations of greens and veggies, but this is the main staples
